It might be due to work pressure at their workplaces, troubled relationships, business losses, racism, bullying by people and/or other personal reasons. Whatever be the reason, it is one of the biggest mental diseases and we should not overlook it. Our life often treats us with uncertainties and shocks that are difficult to absorb. That makes us anxious and might lead us to depression because not everyone is strong-hearted.
